An Impossible Dream Flash Menu Preview

Here is the world’s first password protected flash menu for all A2 phones. The icons change color when you shake the phone.
Inside the zip file, there will be a readme, which will give you the codes, to access the password protected features.
Also, this menu should work on all phones, but i have been unable to test menu. I need feedback to see which phone the menu works on.

Edit: I have now created a simple theme file, to go with the menu, if you prefer to use your own menu, then there is a tutorial in the tutorials section, explaining how to use this menu with your theme.

Update (07-10-2009):

I have changed the playnow to filemanager and have protected the contacts, as this was requested by many people. The menu should work on all phones, if it doesn’t work on your phone, post a comment saying which phone you got, and i will try and make it work.

Also, i will customise the menu once i have made the menu work on all phones, as this will make it easier to change.

I have made it easier to enter passwords by adding a screen, shown above. Also, the password is now the same for all the protected items. Also, if you want to customise the menu, leave a comment and i’ll try and make you one.

Update (07-13-2009):

I have fixed the file so you can no longer access filemanager by pressing number 1, also whenever you press a number linked to a protected item, it will now show the enter password screen. Also, i noticed that i put the wrong password in the text file, i have now fixed that. Sorry :(

    I’m sorry, I always have another idea in some other time, so I want to ask to you about the menu. Could you change the colour of unglowing menu becomes green like the field in the background and glowing menu becomes red like the pants?? and the writing of menu, such as messaging, entertainment, internet, etc, becomes blue like the t-shirt?? Thabk you very much. :)

    Firstly, i’m sorry. Perhaps I’m too much asking, too much comments and…yeaphh.. it’s cause, I really really like what you’ve done :)
    It’s fantastic and full of creation. So, (I don’t know this did happened or not yet) I want give a suggestion if I may and if you can. Could you make a flash menu, but in slide model? I mean, it has example 4 types of flash menu, but in one file. Do you know what I mean? Like EG Twitter menu, Sliding Tux menu, and An Impossible Drream menu, together joined in one flash menu. Can you do that? :)

      Hi palmtree, this is a very good idea, the only issue I see, is that the menu might be slow depending on the phone, I’ll give it a try when I get some free time

      Hi loetfiQ, I have created a menu called Dreaming in Purple, which will work on your phone, as your phone is Flash Lite 1.x, also choose the 176×220 version, as that one is for your phone’s screen size.

    sory, got to many comment and i got slower internet connection here? this can be used on A2 phones and this mean my phone – zylo w20 can also used the theme right? sory for the late awareness on this site :sad:

      Hi whakarewarewae, This menu won’t work on your phone, as your phone is Flash Lite 3.x, so its newer than this, however you can use the Simply Yari menu and others, which have the same feature. Search for zylo, on the site and it will list them. If you need any help, just ask :)

    Very long time I did not see this site again. I’m so desperated by my laptop, my tasks and anymore else. Anyway,I want to ask something to you, may I? I’m using Win se7en, and I’m planning to moving some files system and Flashing Desktop menu, but the file I pick, doesn’t want to drag to A2Uploader. Can you help me kr8ter? I’m so confused with it.       Hi palmtree, I did a google search and it looks like others are having the same problem, one person on a forum came up with this solution
